I would ask for help :(

I just bought lelit elizabeth and i have a problem:

My problem is that I set up the machine following Dave Corbay’s settings, and unfortunately it didn’t make coffee properly.

I then did a factory reset, and now when I try to make coffee, a little water with some coffee comes out at first, and after a few seconds the pressure gauge moves into the green zone, but the coffee starts flowing very, very slowly.

I should also add that I tried several different grind settings on my DF54 grinder.

What am I doing wrong, and have I already damaged my new machine? 😟

Please help — I promised myself a great coffee this morning, and now I’m completely stuck…

Coffee ground too finely and/or too much. How much coffee are you using and in what cup? Try a double cup for 18-19 g of coffee.

It’s hard to know without a video or similar but sounds like you’ve ground too finely. Are you new to making espresso? Or just new to this machine?

As above. Back the grinder off a bit and try again.

Do you weigh your coffee in and espresso out?
