Expobar Office Leva (HX) pressure stat

Hi all,

I picked up a Expobar Office Leva HX (e61) machine to repair.

I believe it needs a replacement pressure stat. Googling reveals that they are a common weak point and I’d like to replace it with an uprated component if possible.

So my question is which pressure stat should I upgrade it to?

I can see xp110 or xp112 are a direct replacement, but also see that Campini is recommended.

Any have experience here?

So new pressure stat is in (Xp110), all working perfectly now from a heating up perspective. I have fully disassembled the machine, manually descaled everything, replaced all silicone tubes, disassembled the E61/soaked in Cafiza/cleaned up the the cam and valves/rebuilt and relubed, disassembled the steam/hot water valves and relubed.

I have the following problems that I can see:

Eratic brew gauge - Heard it could be moisture in the snubber pipe? I tried to heat it with a lighter and got some sputters of water out, but still eratic. Any suggestions?
Slight E61 leak when brew lever in mid position (stops when lever slightly pressed down onto the lower valve.

Oddly the cam is difficult to insert into position, so perhaps it is adding pressure to the brew valve, could the valve pin be too long? At the very least I think that the valve seal needs replacing and/or the spring need changing.

So my question is, which E61 group service kit do I need to fully refurbish it?

But it doesn’t come with springs or anything else for that matter, where as this kit has everything: E61 Group Repair Kit - Bella Barista

New upper brew valve seal sorted the leak, and using a lighter on the snubber coil attached to the brew gauge has dramatically improved the erratic needle by removing moisture, edit: eratic behaviour returned, maybe it needs more drying out!

Ordered new valve seals and springs, plus a new safety valve as I suspect it may have a tiny leak (it was working hard due to the overheating anyway) and a new anti vac valve with a barb for routing to the drip tray. Office leva already has an unused spout over the drip tray, presumably other models utilise it.

This machine will be pretty much sorted, may get an E61 temp gauge and bottomless PF to finish it off
