dutchy101 They are an interesting 350g bag, so a nicer compromise on having enough coffee left after dialling in, but not a kg that you have to freeze etc. Keep that in mind when you look at the prices of the bags, although per an earlier comment, as a London roaster they have higher overheads vs other ones.
I have had coffees from some roasters of varying quality and with James Hoffman in charge, I have (maybe misplaced) a higher view of their consistency / quality. Not to say that others aren’t capable of better, but maybe its a safe choice?
