Elcarajillo Roast date was 16th December. Only had it in the Aeropress so far. Yeah possibly a little lively - big hit of pineapple (for my senses) but that goes goes quickly and you get the rum and other elements coming through. Will try it as an espresso in the next couple of days.

It’s my 40th birthday today, so had a few presents to open, I don’t like a fuss

I’d asked for a new matching normcore funnel and the family got me a little cup as a surprise

But as per with my usual luck, the funnel doesn’t fit the 54mm baskets

And the cup has a crack in the bottom. To be looks like the seller knew as they have glazed over the hole 🤬
