From Roost a local..ish coffee roaster in Malton North Yorkshire.
Like anyone else, I am drawn to the tasting notes and dream of tasting the hints of the Black Cherry or Jasmin or especially in the Ethiopian, the Strawberry Milkshake. But, to be honest if I do it will be a chuffin first, as I never get a hint of anything other than nice coffee regardless of whether I make espresso or a pour over. I once had one that was meant to be reminisent of Bakewell Tart…anyway, again not a sausage. I guess that says a lot about my plebian taste buds.
