Tr90 fellow one is revealed almost 1 year ago and can’t still be ordered, so something is wrong with the process.
I am pretty skeptical with the new wave of machine from Chinese companies. Meraki, Wendougee, etc. Nothing wrong with entering the market with new ideas trying to challenge established brands. But, the problem i am worried about is that those companies tend to release products in very short life time, then a new version that addresses some, but not all of the issues, and then soon, EOL of old versions.
We have seen that with DF grinders. To a larger extend, same thing in audio world.
Now WPM is a reputation OEM. I think they manufactured some well regarded products for other brands (name escaped me, maybe Option-O). So they have good ground. But still long way to prove that their product is reliable, design to last and can be repaired even after warranty. I will not throw $2000 to a new espresso machine, and I advise others to be skeptical also
