Selling my Izzo Alex Duetto III, manufactured in 2012.
I’ve owned it since 2019. It is currently set up as tank-fed, fully working, and has no leaks. Selling because I’ve moved to another machine.

Maintenance / history
During my ownership it has been:
Backflushed with water weekly
Backflushed monthly with Puly Caff
E61 cam lubricated with Molykote 111
Run on Tesco Ashbeck only
It has been descaled once using a weak citric acid solution. The previous owner had used hard tap water with only a Brita filter, so I stripped and descaled it after buying. Since then it has only been run on Tesco Ashbeck.
The machine has recently been opened up, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled. Internally it presents well for its age. Externally the stainless bodywork is also in good condition, with the usual minor marks expected from a used machine. The motor has been inspected and there are no signs of corrosion from a leaking pump (unfortunately a common woe with these machines)
Included
Please note I only have the bottomless portafilter. I do not have the original double-spouted portafilter or the plumb-in kit.
Known quirk
The brew pressure gauge needle rests at around 2 bar when idle, but reads correctly at normal brew pressure — around 9 bar during extraction.
Everything else is working as it should: heats, fills, pumps, steams, and runs without leaks. Steam boiler can be switched off if wanted.
Buyer is welcome to see it powered on and working before purchase.
