For sale: my ACS Vesuvius espresso machine. As most of you on this forum will know this is a serious Italian prosumer espresso machine for someone who wants far more control than a standard domestic machine. The Vesuvius is best known for its programmable pressure profiling, allowing the user to shape the pressure curve during extraction rather than simply brewing at a fixed pressure. ACS developed the Vesuvius as a high-end prosumer machine with dual boilers, PID temperature control and programmable pressure profiling. It allows the user to create and save pressure profiles, making it possible to experiment with gentle pre-infusion, rising pressure, declining pressure and lever-style extractions.
Home-Barista described the Vesuvius as: “It is a beautiful machine with clean lines, easy access to the water tank…”

The machine presents very well cosmetically, as shown in the photos. It is a used machine, so please study the pictures carefully. There are the usual minor signs of use you would expect from a polished stainless / chrome espresso machine, but overall it looks very smart.
Selling because I have changed my espresso set-up and her in doors says its one too many (she’s not wrong I hasten to add)
