Good , bad or indifferent?

I was tempted to buy some Co Fermented green beans but after reading about them decided not to.

Are they a bit “ fur coat and no knickers “ or do you enjoy them? I’ve read it can be a way of increasing the score on an otherwise mediocre bean? Would this then be a dangerous practice with less incentive for the farmer to produce really good quality coffee?

I have had some really nice ones from El Placer & Jairo Arcila Colombia, some less fully flavoured but still very pleasant from Kuria, Kenya. A rather bland peach co ferment from Luz Helena Salazar, Colombia.

Plenty of disappointing, non-co fermented coffee in the meantime, I wouldn’t really overthink it, if it sounds nice to you, go for it. Treat it like any other coffee.
