Hello all,
I have been using a new coffee machine for a while now and recently subscribed to a local coffee roaster that every month gives a different blend. I’m a dark roast man myself but like I try different things so I’m happy with it being random.
How my machine seems to be more fussy with a medium or light roast it struggles to push the water through the coffee. The only way to do this is to make it as course as possible with a minimum dose which really causes extraction issues.
Am I missing something here or maybe medium roasts use less coffee beans naturally?
