kilo Solution is to turn down the OPV a lot, so it is just not leaking under regular pressure. I did that and had no problems with my pressostat.

I am not sure how many Evo users are aware of this. I do remember replacing the pressure stat once and Dave specifically advising that OPV (is it also called an expansion valve) it should be just tight enough to keep pressure to minimise the risk of pressure stat failing.

It was fully tight in my case. I removed it completely, rolled some PTFE tape and tightened just sufficient enough.
