I think Paul Pratt has always stated that this will not be the sort of product like the Flair where it’s being regularly upgraded, apart from a few tweaks it’s going to remain the same. He sells the mittens which I have to go on the hands but they’re more of a comfort thing.
I suppose if he were to offer anything like the arm extensions ( there’s even leg extensions, something I should perhaps look at 😂) it’s almost admitting that maybe the design could be improved? I have to admit I think the arm extensions do spoil the clean look of the Robot.
To be fair I’m sure that I’m in the minority, most people wouldn’t have a problem with it as it is. It’s a fantastic quality , very well built espresso maker that doesn’t seem to suffer with the thermal management issues that many other manual espresso machines do, preheating is even optional, it’s that efficient.
