ACS Minima malfunction

Hello to all,
after two years of excellent service, the Minima died on us recently.
First it tripped the RCCB during a normal brewing operation.
After things have cooled down I connected it back to power only for the machine to keep turning itself on and off constantly, with a clicking noise in between, as soon as it is plugged in – with the boiler switch in the central, or neutral position.
I have not opened it – and am not really qualified to make any informed inspections myself, but I suppose something in the electronics is malfunctioning now.
Any suggestions or leads perhaps?

Leak I am guessing, lid is easy to remove, though the view is quite restricted as everything is packed in. But check the top of the boilers and all connections for leaks, should be easy to spot. Anti vac will always be a little messy as it spits during service boiler heat up. But looks for white/green stains around fittings.

If nothing obvious then the side panel is a few more screws and would be worth removing. Though note the 230v mains lead is connected and shrink wrapped/taped over, so you may need to remove that eleccy tape/shrink wrap to unplug the power plug terminals, to allow full removal of the side panel.

If no leaks I would look to test heating elements etc

I opened things up. The ground faston connector of the rotary pump which I have inside had been disconnected (I suppose from vibrations – the connection itself is rather loose as I plug it back).
I cannot see any visual signs of leaks.
But the problem persists: as soon as I plug the machine into power (everything is well dried now) it keeps resetting itself, with the screen turning on and off – and a clicking sound in between. The boilers switch is in the neutral, or off position. If I turn on the boiler heaters – either only the brew (switch up) or both (switch down), then it does not disconnect.
However, as I move the heating switch down from brew boiler to both at the same time, the cabinet where the rotary pump shakes a bit, without the pump starting at all.
Could it be that the pump itself is fried?
In the boilers off position, it usually automatically draws water to compensate the water levels in the boilers. I could presume that if the pump is malfunctioning it might trigger a reset in the electronics.
