I bought the electric Cormorant in february 2026, I only did 15 roastings with it.
It has RTD probes with phidget (£200 more). I bought it £1995.
There are two lights + one more totally new.
I also paid £245 for the duty and tax to export it in France. I can sell it to an english person or a french. I live in France near Paris.
This roaster is more known in England but maybe I will sell it to a french person because it is also known here.
I want sell it because I have not enough time to test the roaster. I thought roasting was not too complicated but in fact it is more difficult than I expected. To obtain a good roasting, it is necessary to practise, no choice.
The roaster is very nice and a very good handmade product. No doubt about that.
I registred on a coffee french forum for a couple of years and maybe I will put the Cormorant to sell there too.
