delta76 - so I read the Pro-300, the Synchronika and the Elizabeth. I understand it now.
Basically that graph shows that, after a set amount of elapsed time the machine is warming up from cold, they pull 5 shots, 1 minute apart (those are the plummeting and recovering lines). If there are 5 shots within the target temp, say, 93C, then it passes the test.
So 17 minutes for the Bianca 230V machine (EU). Impressive. The Synchronika wasn’t so successful, taking 35 minutes!
