Hi from Australia! I recently got an Elizabeth V3 as my entry into proper espresso after playing with cheap thermoblocks for maaany years (and getting alright at it). I found this forum in the process of massaging my machine into ideal health - it was second hand and has some niggles. I’ll be sure to post about them soon :) the depth of knowledge here is really quite stunning
