Today I have tried for the first time to brew some iced pour over coffee using a Hario V60. I used a recipe which suggested using ⅔ of the normal weight of boiled water and adding another ⅓ of ice cubes (for a 16/1 water to coffee ratio).
They were also recommending grinding finer than the usual settings for hot pour over. Result was OK although I think flavours were a little ‘muted’
Anyone has any relevant experience and/ or any recipe to suggest?
