so the Tim is great as ever, and the ride and grind is opening up more as its very lite.
so some thoughts after having the Bianca for 3 months
i do miss the leva, i really do, to the point that i asked about a new one, but they are now 3250 euro shipped + 140 euro for the black finish which puts it at £2915 plus any import fees, which is really out of my budget, and i know its only £400 more than the Bianca was but that would probably sell for 2k now,
what i like about the Bianca is its versatility, quietness and size, it really does it all,
the cons - its not a lever - there’s just something magical about them,
ive found that visually you see more boiler temp swings with the Bianca verses the evo, if i can taste it i don’t know, i do find my self pushing lower flow shots through the Bianca that’s for sure
