So i now have a space i need to put a sideboard in to free up a lot of the kitchen counter space. I’m looking for something that is 90-100cm wide, about 90cm tall to match the kitchen counter height that im used to working on, and about 45cm deep to support my bianca.

What do you all keep your machines on?

PS I added wheels which get used surprisingly often.

what could i use to raise my machine up by 5-10cm which would be pretty?

Dusk great idea, cant find one wide enough sadly. needs to be wide enough for the two feet to sit on and i can deal with putting something on the back to prop it up

An off cut of worktop from DIY store with some lipping around or a fancy tile or slab on rubber buffers to stop it sliding / scratching the top.

This was my grandparents sideboard, it works great as a coffee station.

hmm remember aesthetically pleasing being an important factor here but perhaps if i can find some nice wood somewhere

It’s 780mm to the top of the sideboard. It’s fine in terms of working height but then I haven’t had it set up on anything else so can’t compare.

Could you get a small piece of waney edge timber, perhaps walnut and have it cut to size and oiled.
