sketchy Well, after a 6 month long wait on shipping, my new Arc 800 RTD roaster finally arrived. I had well over a decade of good service on a plucky little Hottop, but it was time to upgrade. I’ll probably ruin a few batches as I get used to things. 🙂

sketchy DavecUK Good observation. While I had been keep an eye on them for quite a while, I didn’t appreciate the build and material quality on them until it arrived. A lot of nicely machined billeted aluminum with tight tolerances and such.
