@"dfk41"#p18099 It gave us a decent cup; but, we were disappointed after folks raved about it. Our Evo always gets the best out of a bag. If some one like you, as you say, don’t have the skills to get the best out of this bag, a lot of us don’t stand a chance! 😊 Situations like this is one of the risks of getting a KG.

I roasted the bom jesus for a bit and grew to really like it. What I found was that it seemed to like a lower temperature, 88-89C and a slower, lower pressure pull (around 1-2bar pre infusion, 6 bar max with descending profile) with a cut short ratio of around 1:1.5-2. However, this was on the roast I did with it which was more of a medium, with a fast RoR until first crack and a long drawn out development phase with a super slow RoR.
