The juniors doctors are once again at the receiving end of a bad deal.
The government refused to include them in the new pay deal and offering them just a pre-covid hike of 2%. The junior doctors (one needs to be a consultant to lose this tag) are left high and dry after what the junior doctors did during the last two years. They are actually taking a pay cut. Can we afford an NHS paralysis, if they take an industrial action? When are we going to understand and take adequate material measures to protect the criticality of key services like NHS, Teachers and amongst others ?
