The word “Columbian” to refer to something which relates to the country of Colombia. E.g.: “Columbian” coffee. No, it’s Colombian coffee.
“Colombian” is the right word to refer to something from Colombia. “Columbian” mostly relates to Christopher Columbus.

Do you know why some call it Over Pressure Valve (OPV) rather than Expansion Valve? The first time I came across the term was in my Gaggia Classic days, about the “OPV” mod. Would be interesting to know some history behind it, if you know any. 👍
