The bianca comes preset at 11bar iirc, i tuned mine down to 8bar.
If you drink light roasts id look at the bianca, its got perfect temp manipulation and you are not limited by volume. Levers can only deliver so much water into the group, my londinium was about 50ml at a push the evo i have been told 75ml, but ive never had to go that far😂
With the bianca you can set the pid to 95, pull a 6bar constant shot, try a desent style blooming or the turbo shot.
You never did say what machine/grinder you are coming from. Do you do milk drinks, because if not the bianc and leva both being dual boiler means you can turn the steam off #energysavingclub 😁
