BBritton I think they noticed that the junction between the drip tray and the main machine body tended to get out of line, particularly if the shipper was treating the “fragile, heavy” pallet appropriately…
Now that should not bend. Tinkering me would remove the rails and re-fit with the U cavity on the inside to see if they look better (and then probably decide they don’t, and put them back).
