Hello! I am excited to announce that I have joined the Evo Leva family. Thank you to everyone in this thread for information, feedback and photos; it helped me decided on this specific lever machine. Also big thanks to Maria from ACS, she was patient and helped answer all of my questions.
As of right now I am keeping the pre infusion, temp settings, and pid settings as default. Using Dr. Palvis water recipe. Dialing in dark roast beans; 20g dose, 40g yield (18/20g basket) in about 30 seconds. Things are tasting great so far. Any off the top of your head tips for a newbie?
My machine customizations: Walnut handles, dual vostok wands, 3 naked portafilters.
