So my parts arrived yesterday.

Also came with a new version of the safety sleeve and the stock configuration sleeve as was on my original Evo.
I decided to go to stock
Observation of using the safety system when I first got the machine, was me struggling to hit the peak 10.5 bar, with the shot volume being a little less meaning I would have to move the cup approximately 1bar below that of the stock configuration.
Dave then told me that as a feature of the sleeve you can have a 9 bar and 10.5 bar peak but utilising the flush paddle.
For me I just want simple rock up and pull, I’m happier with the high bar pull

This shows how long I infused for Ans when the shot cut.
Using the lower cut pressure gives me 43g out from a 17g dose, Timor leste from black cat set at 5 on the duo.
Using the vent feature, this is the puck in the basket
Soggier than a ‘normal’ lever shot, but still knocks out easily and complete.
