I’ve recently joined the family! I received my machine, has to wait for a couple missing pieces, but I’m all set up and dialed in. I’ve been enjoying the best shots i’ve ever had, and the wife agrees as well - so I can say it’s not just the excitement talking.
I’m not sure if i’m lucky, but don’t think I’ve seen any of the commonly mentioned issues - knock on wood. But, if there are any suggested things to quickly inspect, please advise.
So far only main concern I have is when it comes to any major maintenance and if I need to descale.
I found a word doc manual (FAQ from 2022) and have the official manual. Is there another more updated document I should review? I set my temps based on the 2022 FAQ but say Dave mention he was testing 4-5c differentials on the temps - and curious if that or updated findings were housed anywhere.
