Foundry Kenyan Karimikui Washed
They called it a filter-only roast. I had to pull a shot. I am glad I did!
I ground the coffee on #2.5 on the Duo for 17.64g yielding 45.1g after cutting the shot at 7 bars for a duration of 24s. The temps were 93C on the group and 99C on the boiler.
Like the filter, the cup was very nice but had an elevated fruity characteristics (unlike the filter). The fruity taste and acidity were elevated but enjoyable - orange - at the start and middle, blueberries, stone fruits and caramel sweetness at the finish and also as an after taste.
My wife loved this coffee as a flat white at #2 on the Duo.
