Crankhouse, Costa Rica, Martin Urena la Chumeca 777, anaerobic natural Catuai.
Had about 10g left over, so ground at 21 on Comandante X25, dropped it into an inverted Aeropress, 65g water, NSEW stir at fill & swirl to sink crust at 1:15. Flip & plunge at 1:30 (no real plunging required) - a tasty, bright, moka pot kind of strength, brew of about 40-50ml
The rest of the tin was brewed as pour over, average score for these 7.4/9.0. (The average for my pour over brews, between ‘like moderately’ and ‘like a lot’).
