Horsham Peruvian Washed
One of the best cups in recent times so far!
Medium light. Photos are taken in natural lights. The espresso had a lovely Fig aroma. The flavours are Sweet cherry with a hint of fig and toffee at the finish. It’s a medium-bright cup. It will also be fine as Macchiato, Cortado and a flat white (1:2).

@DavecUK Once again, I find the roast is not even when I examine
them in natural light. I find this pattern amongst a lot of roasters with a few notable exceptions. Based on this photo, do you also think the same or am I just imagining or is it expected when the roaster aims to get the roast at a certain level between light and medium? :-)
