Wow! Blown away by this coffee. It is yummy rum from start to finish - the aroma, the flavour and after taste. You get a gentle sweet peach acidity throughout. The Evo really gets the rum out. The rum aroma and flavour are so prominent, it would suppress the chocolate, if any.

16.6g, 33.9g out at 7.5 bars, ~43s and 91C-97C temp. It is a little tighter grind. A click coarser should be enough.
Will have to check how it comes out as a flat white. Don’t think I will brew this, as I don’t prefer brewing anything other than light and medium light.
