There’s is definitely a boozy-like taste to this coffee. It reminds me of anaerobic fermented coffees I had in the past.
I have also decided to re-learn how to steam milk, and to an extent going back to basics with latte art. I do recommend Lance Hedrick for that. To me, the most valuable tip was to inject air until the jug reaches my body temperature and, after that, to sink the tip slightly so the rolling continues, but no more air is injected. Great results!
