      Blossom, Guatemala, washed Caturra - Beyond a light honey note & mouthfeel, not a lot else going on, a lot of quakers. Pleasant nevertheless, 7/9.

      Clever Dripper (small, 300ml brewer) & Hario Drip Assist 02 - 13.8g coffee, ground at 12%400Kruve.

      35g bloom poured in the centre of Drip Assist with Clever valve shut, place on cup at about 20s.

      0:30 35g poured in the outer ring, then another 35g in outer ring every 30s until 210g. Each pour taking 15s.

      4 days later

      Smith Street

      3bar shot 22g > 80g

      Pomegranate, cherry and sweetness as it cooled.

        MediumRoastSteam no true, grind to that you dont peak, its a true turbo shot, was really nice tbf

        i tend to start at a turbo and work back to see if i get any better or worse taste wise

          MediumRoastSteam I certainly would try it if there wasn’t at least a minimum of a one week delay on top of normal delivery times between there and here! Although a lot of the good coffees I’ve had recently are great rested from two weeks so maybe I will….

                JahLaza I wouldn’t worry about 1 week delay. “Resting in transit”, and when it arrives, you are ready to brew! I’ll give this a go too. 👍

                      Yes, 250g. I think the idea is that you can order the tin, and then refill if you so wish.

                          MediumRoastSteam yip was just kidding, my point is that I like the tin! It’s just cosmetic though as I doubt it’s much use from an airtight perspective? @Cuprajake In saying that, 250g is only about three days coffee in this house so that’s not really an issue then!
