I bought the Minima from BlackCatCoffee back in Jan 21. Even if it failed under warranty I probably wouldn’t have bothered returning the machine to the retailer for repair. I would instead have requested any necessary parts and attempted the repair myself (if it was simple), or have it repaired locally.
So if you can get the machine to you in one piece (that would be my biggest concern), then I don’t think it makes too much difference. I have also purchased parts from ACS directly, and other than the high shipping costs, it was in fact easier! Maria is always helpful.
