CoyoteOldMan Vostok is an Evo inside and can be plumbed or tanked…because the variable preinfusion ideally needs the machines pump to always take from the tank, much like a standard Vesuvius.
Preinfusion pressure is now on the front panel and managed electronically. I can do a video walkthrough of the 1 group Vostok today is people are interested.

No, when it vents, it doesn’t move fast or with much force. There are other issues (which exist as a result of this type of venting) which I’d like to see improved, Paolo and I have some thoughts.

CoyoteOldMan Pretty much correct yes. There’s multiple electronic pressure sensors to manage preinfusion pressure and the rest of the magic.
That is not a problem, in fact it is preferred.

Not completely but it should be about the same price as a Londinium LR24 or a bit more. It’s all stainless and much of it 3mm thick and quite expensive to make.
They are also looking at what can be retrofitted to existing evos.
So previous purchasers have not been forgotten.
