Got my refund for the Elizabeth. Now waiting for the Silvia Pro X in black to be available to purchase. I will let you know how it compares to the Elizabeth.
I did love the Elizabeth and it’s features however the faulty OPV and interaction with the retailer left a sour taste in my mouth … and I’m not talking sour espresso 😜
I do hope that I kicked enough butts with the retailer/distributor to let them know about the issue so it’s well known, so if other ppl have the same issue as me, they will know exactly how to fix it next time, rather than blaming the customer for user error.
