Ok, let us see your habits. I usually have 3 drinks per day. An americano at breakfast then two milk based so for the poll, I would go down as a milk drinker......simple hey!

Milk in Americano (double shot) with sweetner, Espresso, no milk or sweetner. If I have a latte, it's a double shot with around 80 - 100ml of steamed milk. Plus half a sweetner.

Filter of some kind in the morning, black. Flat white in the afternoon, espresso after dinner. Always Oatly Barista. I must admit I enjoy the flat white the most so I put yes to milk.

Latte for breakfast and then espresso only here. No sugar.

Espresso in the morning, then a flat white or 2 during the day.

Espresso or cappuccino in the morning. Cappuccino mid-day, espresso or macchiato in the evening.

I have an americano 2 or 3 times a day without milk but I have a tiny bit of 85% dark chocolate to take the edge of it🙂

I swap between an Americano wiith a dash of milk or latte. If using the Clever Dripper it’s a toss up between a white or straight black depending on my mood. I find straight espresso too intense and to be honest I like to have enough drink to either glugg or more importantly to dunk a biscuit in.

Flat white in the morning for me (36g double with 120g of Oat milk), and then an espresso after lunch.

If I’m in the office then it gets interspersed with some white americanos, as the espresso from the b2c machine is pretty average.

I voted yes, but it’s really a bit more nuanced than that. A more accurate answer would be usually not. Espresso is normally eith a flat white or a sort-of Americano with milk, depending on how I feel. Sometimes a latte. A V60, Aeropress etc, well, it’s about 50% of the time with milk, but 50% without - it depends on what I fancy at the time. Maybe 60/40, perhaps.
