CristianH Would be nice if ACS would offer something like a buy-back option for Evo if you want to upgrade to Vostok. They could upgrade the Evos they get back and sell them again, and also sell more Vostoks.
I bought my Evo a few months back, but had I known back then about the Vostok then I would have waited for it.
If they did that, they would go broke very quickly…They are working on an upgrade path for owners of existing machines. Vostok is nice but very big for the kitchen. I had a choice, but when I learnt the Evo I worked on with the extra strengthening would be available with ALL Vostok features…it was a no brainer for me.
Evo case is more expensive as well!……
Continuous improvement always gives people the “had I waited” feeling..but unlike most other manufacturers, it allows for improvements to come to market faster. Those who purchased Minimas a month ago will be thinking had I waited, I would have had a drain tap for both the service boiler and the brew boiler…
The great thing, all the basic systems and boilers are the same and the coffee will be just as good from your machine as anything produced now.
