ECM certainly didn’t design it thinking it would have a problem. Additionally, it being an intermittent problem for a machine put on the back burner, for a handmade product, during a time when just finding parts and labor it tough, dealing with governments / chaos… it’s an understandable miss.
Shyte happens. I’m sure ECM is frustrated by it, but I’m sure they have also learned from it. I think what’s most important here is that nobody has the slightest worry that ECM won’t make it right.
