DavecUK Cuprajake It is, that’s when Martin registered the company (June 2013) and I think had been working on the project 1 year before that. 3 years and a lot of prototypes later…he met up with me around May 2016, that’s when I first started using the Niche,…so 6.5 years for me now. The oldest grinders in the field I think have been out just over 4 years and there’s a LOT of 4 year old grinders out there..
Ernie1 Thanks for all the replies. I’m just going to keep the Super Jolly. I’ve no doubt all the grinders mentioned are fantastic but single dosing would be a workflow change and as has been pointed out, spending £1500-2000 isn’t likely to taste as good as £1500 worth of different coffees to try.
