A plate of the ususal suspects (for us carnivors anyway) turkey, beef, pig (full size sausage not a weener) in blanket, stuffing balls, mashed buttered and peppered swede, roated buttered parsnips, brussel sprouts gratin, carrots, green beans, festively fruity red cabbage, mash and goose fat roasties and the obligatory Yorkshire pud, all doused in Jamie Olivers Christmas gravy and washed down with a cheeky red. Oh, and more than enough for my other half’s favourite, a couple of days worth of bubble and squeak… Burp!
