Rave Coffee

just wondering if anyone out there uses Rave Coffee as I want to change the Subscription frequency for myself but cannot get the website to work it could be me having a ‘senior moment’ but I do not think so and the phone is busy when I ring, this is not a complaint against Rave but it is frustrating when the ‘edit’ button is pressed and all I get is a moving circle and nothing happens however long I wait, I want to change the delivery as I may run out because I seem to be using more than I originally thought I would when taking out the subscription

I emailed them Saturday and have not had a reply, I cannot leave a message as they cannot take any more messages, I tried ordering more Coffee today and it looks like I now have 2 subscriptions for the same Coffee in February! which I do not want, I can order items but the cancel subscription button does not do anything and I am getting the hump about it!, how the hell you are supposed to speak to someone I do not know, I have just sent them a text message, who knows I may even get a reply

all sorted out they rang me and I have changed my delivery, I find that I never know how long a Kilo is going to last but I think it should be ok now and I reckon I will have Kilo in the cupboard as ‘stock’ and if I find it gets too much I can change subscription delivery to suit my needs, thanks for the replies
