You read my mind. I was thinking of posting a request to members to donate.
Our donation has stalled. Even if every one donates one euro a year, that’s 808 euro a year.
On that note, my iPhone calendar had long been set to remind me of anniversary payment some time this month.
My request to all members is this:
Please donate, what ever you can. Assuming we spend £30 a month on coffee beans, that’s £360 a year. Conservatively, I do think we will spend at least £150-£200 a year. Am sure, we can can afford to donate at least £2 a year to help them and us to stay afloat. It’s not a huge ask, IMHO.
I know the current living conditions are difficult. We all need to save as much as we can. But, if we can spend money on machines, tools and beans purchases, so we can afford to donate.
I am sorry, if any one find this request uncomfortable. They don’t have to, if they can’t.
Some may state it is cheaper to host our own server. But it’s too much of work to run the services smoothly and securely.
Please donate and kindly set a yearly reminder on your calendar!
