I know it’s not long post roast for the Ethiopian Nano Challa but thought I would try a cup this morning - I have been recovering from a cold over the last few days, and this morning my taste buds feel back to normal. 18grams brewed in the Aeropress for 2 minutes. Delicate, almost tea-like in it’s structure, fruity and floral, medium acidity balanced by returning sweetness, body thickens a wee bit once cooled, just light and flavourful. Will get even better in my opinion after a few more days resting. Will also do some comparisons with a batch I roasted on the Kafflogic which also impressed me.
