I am encountering several issues in accessing the Forum.

When attempting to access using my Iphone Safari Browser, I get the following message screen: I am OK accessing using the Google browser of my Iphone.

So, I am at this moment using my PC and Google to send this message.

While online via my PC and Google Chrome, I attempted to reset my password to one that I would prefer to use, and I received a password reset link in my email. When I click on the link, I get a “This Page is Not Working” error, with a reference to “HTTP Error 500”.

@DavecUK or one of the moderators, hope you can help.

Yeah I’ve had that on my laptop and mobile.

It’s a Safari thing I think so PC/Android/Chrome users may not get the same.

I had this yesterday on my iPad, having followed the show details icon and told it to visit the site anyway it is all fine after relaunching Safari. I’m typing this on it now

I get a different error this time about it not being private.

Ah I just read through the thread and it was the same error as before. Clearing the cache doesn’t fix it for me.

Yep been happening for a couple of days for me too on iPhone safari

I tried using my Google browser on my Iphone and I am getting a similar error to the one that I experienced with Safarai. Here are shapshots of the error messages. It is obvious that the coffeetime site and/or freelarum is experiencing serious access issues, that may be security related. I am now nervous about accessing this web address, via my Iphone.

@DavecUK Can you address this. It appears to be a serious issue.

I’m not here to knock Apple or Safari, but using Firefox never has any problems 🤞

No issues this morning. Perhaps Freeflarum fixed things?

Dunno, not within my control. This forum uses a cookie to keep you logged in, other than that, no tracking, no adverts, no pop ups, no allow notification requests, no nothing…..So it’s surprising any security software complains. Unless of course the SSL certificate needed renewal?

      DavecUK SSL certificate needed renewal?

Not my area of expertise but to the untrained eye I think it was something to do with that. For the past three days I had to delete all history and might get to open a couple of threads before getting the red ‘something went wrong’ message, and mostly I couldn’t log in at all, getting the ‘this connection is not private’ message shown by @JHCCoffee above. Seems ok this morning

I think this was the cause. All working well now.
