Has anyone tried the SSP Cast burrs in the Duo?
I’m experiencing something with them that I didn’t have with either the SSP Espresso (HU) or the SSP Brew (MP) burrs which is that they appear to be grinding the same size regardless of changing the dial.
I’ve checked the centre bolt and it’s tightened as it should be.
The pic of the log uploaded shows a pour time for my Hario Switch recipe varying by only 2 seconds despite the dial being set between 23 and 33. I don’t seem to be able to adjust so that the grounds are coarser.
Any and all ideas will be gratefully considered.
