Sigma, Dak, Colombia Rizarlda Yuzu Crew, Washed Cold Press, Sudan Rume with notes of Yuzu, lemongrass and floral on the bag.
It was a great coffee. The floral aroma was gentle from beans to mug. I had notes of sweet citrus taste and acidity. The finish had a pleasant tart edge, which may have been the citrus. I gave a subjective score of 8.5/9.
I have a had a few disappointing bags, which aren’t even worth mentioning.
