On a different topic, I tried my IMS baskets today and messed up the flow when trying the traditional lever profile. Should have one changed one parameter at a time. Tried H28.5(20-22gr) without thinking and it was basically a pour over. Adjusted (grind finer) and the flow was better but still looks and tastes like a pour over. What I was surprised with was it was a very good pour over. No harsh bitterness or sour. Plenty of sweetness.
Will try again with my H26 basket later. But now I can totally see how people are overwhelmed by Decent. The profiles add a lot more parameters and if you don’t plan carefully and keep track, you will just mess things up
