i really rate my decent,

ive had to contact customer service maybe 3 times in nearly 3 years, they reply near instantly.

you can extend the warranty indefinitely also - mine has another 2yrs on it now.

as for coffee im having a bit of a shit time with my sinuses - which are constantly flared up now, and i cant seem to stop it, i have a feeling its the factory behind us spewing shite out that irritating me, so for this im pretty much drinking Brazilian blends now, nothing expensive or fancy - i have toyed with selling the decent multiple times because of this,

when i think i have a decent - lagon and nich sat there its a small car lol

Jony if you have the money, then Fellow should not be put on the short list when comparing with Decent. Simply two different classes. Not saying Fellow is a bad machine, but the features, engineering and support is nowhere near Decent. You get what you pay for. Sure people can say DE1 is basically 3 times more expensive, but I would really like 1 machine that last me basically forever and with 99.9% reliability, than a machine that I have to buy over and over.
Only you can decide if you prefer a lever over an "electronic" one. Really hard to put the price on the experience.

I think it depends on what you want. Obviously I have had a laugh in the past but there is nothing obviously wrong with the decent and I have never ruled out buying one but at the moment it will need time for the Evo to cop its ting clogs !!

I have tried quite a few pour over machines and drippers now and I've come to the conclusion my taste buds demand espresso-based drinks!!

Once the evo finally is ber i may give the decent a consideration if it is still available, Maybe even go back to a sage dual boiler.

One thing is for sure, as much as I like tinkering it will never be another e61!!

i can honestly say i wish i had got one years ago, the sound put me off for years, i spoke with dave about them many a time, he wasnt the biggest fan - gotta say i think he must have tried a very early model
